The 44th edition of the Buenos Aires book fair, that will take place between April 24th and May 14th, 2018, will have Montevideo as invited city.
The Uruguayan writer and playwright Gabriel Peveroni was the person in charge of providing the details regarding his country, since Montevideo will be the guest city in this edition.
In this sense, he announced that there will be an area dedicated to Mario Levrero’s figure (1940-2004), one of the most recognized Uruguayan writers of the last decades, and another area devoted to women and poetry in the XXth century.
