A man. A woman. The search, disencounters, the unexpected encounter. A love story for the very young told in Andruetto’s poetical language and Isvtvansch’s line over collage illustrations.

Trenes (Trains) ( like El Incendio or “The Fire”, La durmiente or “The sleeping girl”, El caballo de Chuang Tzu or “Chuang Tzu’s Horse”, and other stories by María Teresa Andruetto) belongs to a volume of short stories that start off from quotations from universal literature, in this specific case from Ramón Gómez de la Serna. In this way, the author has performed a pioneer work of intertextuality unknown in other authors in the field of children’s literature in Spanish language.
